Tessa has been working with Make Music Day since spring 2018 and has been really valuable and effective in developing new and fruitful partnerships for the event, bringing her commercial experience and commitment to music to benefit this grassroots community festival.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Tessa whilst Music in Offices went through a signifiant period of growth and change. The successful company it has become is testament to her vision, determination, patience, and her devotion to the arts and its ability to make a difference to peoples’ lives.
— Joel Garthwaite Communications Consultant, Friend Studio and Managing Director, Bright Ivy
Tessa is one of the most imaginative and creative people I have ever met. Her positivity and determination are inspiring and infectious. I am lucky to work with her and to count her as a close friend.
— Wu Qian, Investec International Music Festival, Co-founder and concert pianist
I have worked with Tessa to create new music for a wide range of ensembles and audiences, local and international. She co-produced my first theatre work, The Evolution of Eve, which went on to be commissioned by Swedish National Radio, reaching the finals in the international Prix Marulic.

We worked together to create a new narrative piece for children at the Aldeburgh Festival and her own Investec International Music Festival.
For the Setúbal Festival in Portugal, Tessa co-managed a symposium on ‘music and health’ and recently invited me to present along with a performance of my work for their Ensemble Juveníl joined by John Kenny, Clarence Adoo and the Headspace Ensemble.

It is especially helpful to work with Tessa for her skills in lateral thinking, as, in consultation, she can efficiently get to the heart of a project while considering other angles. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she is generous with her connections, always keen to consider new introductions and collaborations.
— Cevanne Horrocks-Hopayian
I’m delighted to be working with Tessa on the Setúbal Music Festival and our related work in music, health and wellbeing to which she brings her networking skills, entrepreneurial flair and musical knowledge.
— Ian Ritchie, Artistic Director, Setúbal Music Festival
