Hi. I’m Tessa Marchington.

I am a pianist and it’s through this lens of music that I pursue all my projects.

I bring the essence of listening, co-creation and partnership building to all the projects I take on.

I’ve been working for 15 years alongside wellbeing, benefits and leadership teams to engage employees through music workshops and leadership programmes.

Alongside this, I’ve passionately campaigned for the role of the arts and artists to be increasingly valued and understood more in society, as well as working with musicians to help build sustainable creative portfolio careers.
